Gas Safety and Landlord Inspections

Gas Safe Register is the  official list of gas businesses who are registered to work safely and legally on boilers, cookers, fires and all other gas appliances.

By law all gas engineers must be on the Gas Safe Register. Gas Safe Register replaced CORGI as the gas registration body in 2009.

As a Landlord all gas appliances in your property must be inspected for gas safety annually or on change off occupant , Kinsbridge can carry out gas safety inspections or CP12 for you the landlord or on behalf of you for your agent on natural gas installations and LPG
